
Mike Stults - Class of 1995: A four-year standout in Cross Country and Track in the early ‘90’s.
Stults was a three-time All-State runner in Cross Country, finishing as State Runner-up in his senior year. Stults was also a multiple state place winner on the track, highlighted by his state title in the 800 meters during his junior season.

Brian Hiemstra - Class of 1996: A multi-sport standout at KHS. As a four-year starter for the baseball team, he helped them earn trips to the state tournament three of his four years. On the gridiron, Hiemstra is the only Panther to earn All-State honors two consecutive years. A defensive back, he was named 2nd-team All-State as a junior, and 1st-team All-State his senior season.

Elizabeth (Haning) Hadler - Class of 1984: A standout in four sports that led to All Conference honors in each. She was named All-State in volleyball for two years, and was a state place winner in tennis. She continued competing at the University of Missouri-Rolla (NCAA D II), where she was a four-year letter winner in basketball, a three-year All-Conference performer in tennis, and a three-year letter winner in cross country. She was inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame in 2004.

Graham Fee - Class of 1957: A three-year starter at quarterback for the Panthers, helping them achieve a 9-0 record in 1954. He was named All-Conference each season, and earned All-State honors as a senior. He received All-Conference honors as a standout in basketball. He then continued his athletic career at Central College, where he was an All-Conference QB, and also named MVP of the basketball team as a senior.
If you don't remember those accolades, perhaps he is best known to Knoxville fans as the “Voice of the Panthers,” having spent 42 years as the announcer at Panther football games.
