Our school board is a policy-making body whose decisions are carried out by district administrators. The board functions as a whole and its authority lies within the will of its majority. No board member has the power to act independently.  Members of the KCSD board of education are elected at large for four-year terms and volunteer their time to serve our district.  Please see the policies and meetings site for additional information.
