Big week coming up Panther Nation. Not only is it the week before Spring Break, but we also have Parent/Teacher Conferences this week. Parent/Teacher Conferences are a great opportunity to build a connection between school and home. You all have been doing so many great things here at KHS and now is the time for you to have your parents/guardians come and hear all about you and your academic enterprises. So be sure to get your parents and/or guardian in the car and come visit your teachers on Wednesday or Thursday night from 3:30-7:00. Have a great week and a great SPRING BREAK!

SCHOOL LUNCHES: If you did not fill out the lunch survey to eat school lunches here on Wednesday and Thursday this week and you are needing to eat lunch here please email Jason Swanson. jason.swanson@kcsd.k12.ia.us If you didn't fill out the survey and don't email Swanson you will need to bring your own lunch from home those 2 days.
- FFA: Congratulations to the following FFA members for their accomplishments at South Central District FFA Convention: Ashley Kearney competed in Job Interview-received a gold and advanced to State! Bailey Finken competed in Ag Sales-received a silver. Ralei Danner competed in Creed Speaking-received a bronze. Bailey Finken, Ashley Kearney, and Morgan McKay also received their Academic Achievement Award.

PROM:
Spring break would be a great time to stop in Candi’s Flowers (103 S. Third) to get your tux and flowers ordered for Prom. Prom will be here before you know it. Come early for the best selection. Anyone who comes in during Spring Break will get ½ off the shoe rental.

SENIORS/PARENTS:
MARCH 31st, 2023 is the deadline for senior photos and quotes. You must send them both to Mrs. Fleming, or another member of the yearbook staff. katy.fleming@kcsd.k12.ia.us
Please make sure to check your emails regularly for graduation emails.
Make sure all fees/fines are paid before you graduate. You can see them on Infinite Campus or contact Natasha in the office.
If you have not paid for your cap and gown yet payment is due by March 1st.
SILVERCORD HOURS:
