Welcome Back Panthers!! We hope you had a great week away. Now, Let’s get to the Focus. Take a quick minute and focus on a specific POSITIVE feeling, thought, or emotion….Go ahead, I’ll wait. Got it? Ok, now that you have that set into your mind, think about this; The more you hold onto a particular thought, the more power you invest in it, the more likely it is to become reality. Positive thoughts give us energy and strength. While negative thoughts rob us of power and make us feel tired and strained. We are by nature positive. Negativity is the result of faulty thinking. You can change if you want to. You can’t control other people, situations or circumstances, but you can control what is going on inside you! It takes time to change and transform those old patterns of thinking. But the great thing is that you can start to practice it at any time. Give it a try today….. Just think Positive Panthers!
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS:
· FFA: Congratulations to the following FFA members for their accomplishments at South Central District FFA Convention: Ashley Kearney competed in Job Interview-received a gold and advanced to State! Bailey Finken competed in Ag Sales-received a silver. Ralei Danner competed in Creed Speaking-received a bronze. Bailey Finken, Ashley Kearney, and Morgan McKay also received their Academic Achievement Award.
PROM:
Out of prom date forms are now out! They are located in the front office, guidance office or in Mrs. Jackson's room. Forms must be turned back into the front office by Thurs. April 6th.
Prom is April 15th, 2023 at KHS. Please read the informational sheet before you purchase your tickets. Tickets will go on sale on March 13th, 2023 online. There are links to the tickets, After prom tickets and the Adalily order form on the informational sheet.

SENIORS/PARENTS:
MARCH 31st, 2023 is the deadline for senior photos and quotes. You must send them both to Mrs. Fleming, or another member of the yearbook staff. katy.fleming@kcsd.k12.ia.us
Please make sure to check your emails regularly for graduation emails.
Make sure all fees/fines are paid before you graduate. You can see them on Infinite Campus or contact Natasha in the office.
If you have not paid for your cap and gown yet payment were due by March 1st.
