   PANTHER PRIDE FOCAL POINT

Here's a serious question for you, Panther Nation.  How often do you check your email? Once a day? Once a week? What’s an email?   Well, as I’m sure you know, each and every one of you has your very own KCSD email and you never know when you might have an important email sitting in your inbox.  In today’s world, email is a very useful form of communication.  It is a tool that can be used to easily stay in contact with others, to pass along important information instantly, or to quickly organize your day.  As you move closer to adulthood you will see that the effective use of email is an important 21st century skill. For example, we use email at KHS to communicate with students, teachers, parents, and the community every single day. So be sure to find time everyday (beginning of the day, Panther Time , or end of the day is a great time) to open, read, and respond to those emails waiting for you.  Have a great week and Go Panthers!

Quote of the Week

“The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice.”

-Brian Herbert
