Attendance matters!! Let's look at the difference between Truancy vs. Chronic Absence. This will help to get a better understanding in which category your child's absences would fall.

Chronic absenteeism is missing 10% or more of the school year or approximately 18 days over an entire year.

Our baseball team will play at home TOMORROW night (Wed, July 12) against Ballard in the Substate Final beginning at 7:00 PM with the winner advancing to the Class 3A State Tournament in Iowa City next week!!

The gates will open at 5:30 PM. In addition to parking at the baseball field, fans will very likely have to park at the softball field lot, West Elementary, and the lots at the District Office and Middle School are also available.
